I am an out-of-network provider, though in some cases you may be eligible to use your out-of-network insurance benefits for our sessions. I accept debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards via my secure HIPAA compliant online payment system.
Some insurance companies provide reimbursements for out-of-network services. I can provide a Superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Please speak with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment.
If you choose not to use your insurance coverage, there is no requirement to give you a mental health diagnosis or a “label” that justifies why you need therapy or for how long. Additionally, a diagnosis becomes a permanent part of your medical record that can impact your future insurance policies and benefits.
You have complete privacy and confidentiality. Your personal information is secured in our HIPAA compliant electronic health record system and third-party companies don’t have access to any of your information. This means that your insurance company can’t dictate what kind of care you receive, how often you can be seen or what would work best for you. You and your therapist decide what best fits your needs!
